Gameplay
The gameplay in Tapus Skating Adventure is easy to pick up: simply press a button to perform an ollie, clear obstacles, and keep the journey going. Tappu moves constantly forward, while the player decides exactly when to leave the ground. Familiar objects like benches, trash cans, traffic cones, and other hazards appear along the path.
Some obstacles can be cleared with a simple ollie, while other areas require multiple jumps or clever use of the terrain to maintain momentum. Jump too early, and Tappu might land right in front of the obstacle; wait too long, and the skateboard could crash into the hazard before he gains enough height.
Collecting Coins and Letters
Coins appear in various locations throughout Tapus Skating Adventure, encouraging players to choose riskier paths for extra points. However, not every coin is worth the risk; a coin positioned right next to an obstacle could cost you the ideal setup for your next jump.
