Pencil Cup is a colorful 3v3 arcade soccer game featuring fast-paced sports action. Instead of managing a complex squad, you are directly involved in every pass, tackle, shot, and crucial save. Whether you want a casual friendly match or the thrill of a "golden goal" finish, a new game is always waiting for you. Step onto the pitch, take control of the ball, and draw your path to the championship trophy!
Gameplay
Pencil Cup brings soccer to a world resembling a notebook page, where pencil-drawn players constantly battle for ball possession. The 3v3 format creates a fast pace, as a single misplaced pass can trigger an immediate counter-attack from the opposition. You must move proactively, spot open teammates, and quickly transition from offense to defense upon losing possession.
Pencil Cup offers eight colorful teams to choose from. Pick your favorite, hit the field, and start your quest for the cup.
Passing and Tackling Systems
To win in Pencil Cup, you can't simply chase the ball. Passing ability and timing your attacks are the keys to controlling the match. Quick, short passes are effective tools for maneuvering the ball around the opposing defense. Instead of trying to dribble straight through, look for teammates in open space and pass at the right moment.
Proactive defense is just as important as scoring goals. Use sliding tackles to intercept passes or stop opponents from entering dangerous areas. A successful tackle can instantly turn into a counter-attack opportunity. Observe your opponent's movement instead of rushing in to challenge for the ball.
Goalkeeper Control
One of Pencil Cup's most exciting features is the direct goalkeeper control system. When an opponent prepares to shoot, you can switch to the goalkeeper and actively choose which way to dive to make a save. A well-timed dive can push the ball away from the corner of the net and save the match. However, misjudging the timing can leave a gaping opening for the opponent to score.

Friendly Mode
Friendly mode is ideal if you want to get used to the controls in Pencil Cup or simply enjoy a quick game of soccer. It is also a great place to practice passing, tackling, and goalkeeper control before diving into more intense matches.
Quickplay
If you want to skip the setup and start playing immediately, Quickplay offers fast-paced, continuous matches. Each game is an opportunity to test your ball-handling skills and refine your tactics.
Cup Mode
Cup Mode places you in a tournament-style series of matches. Every round is crucial, as a single defeat can end your quest for the trophy. You need to maintain consistency, adapt to your opponents, and exercise extra caution in tight, evenly matched games.
Game Controls
- W / A / S / D: Move player.
- Shift: Sprint.
- Left Mouse Button: Pass or chase the ball.
- Right Mouse Button: Chip/lift the ball or switch players.
